The company

Skybridge Labs, LLC is a single-member limited liability company registered in the State of Colorado. The studio builds and operates its own software products and takes on a small number of outside engineering engagements. All work — design, engineering, operations, and customer support — is performed directly by the founder.

The founder

Skybridge Labs is run by Tyler Sheppeard. Tyler is a U.S. Air Force veteran and former air traffic controller who transitioned into software development. That background shapes how the studio operates: a bias toward clarity, careful systems thinking, and treating reliability as a feature rather than an afterthought.

What we build

Skybridge Labs focuses on software where the underlying data is valuable but hard to navigate. The current flagship product, Project: Informed, turns raw U.S. congressional data into a readable, searchable, followable feed. Future projects under the Skybridge Labs umbrella are likely to share that pattern: taking messy public or developer-facing information and making it genuinely useful.

How we operate

• No venture capital. The studio is self-funded and accountable only to its customers.
• Transparent pricing. Published, flat tiers. No hidden fees, no surprise charges.
• Direct support. Every email is answered by the person who wrote the code.
• Privacy by default. We collect the minimum data needed to run the product, and we document what we collect in plain English.
